Brian White did an excellent job providing us with information on properties available, location information, general area information and procedural details as we plowed through the journey of buying a condo at Myrtle Beach from a couple thousand miles away. He provided us with on-site video of a couple of units that we were particularly interested in (one of which we bought) that helped immensely. Brian White went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor in any home buying experience. I don't have enough bandwidth to fully articulate all that Brian did on my behalf to support the search, purchase, and closing of this SeaMist property. Brian answered my initial email back in April and did so very thoroughly and thoughtfully when he didn't know me at all. He followed up with a phone call and we eventually met at the SeaMist in mid April. (I live in NC 3.5 hrs. away) He had checked out the units in advance and gave me his professional opinion. After I left and stayed in the initial room for the night, I have never returned. Yet, after we were unsuccessful with the first unit in having our offer not accepted, Brian returned and took a video for me of the unit I ended up purchasing on the 10th floor of the Tides Bldg. By then, I fully trusted Brian's input and recommendations and pursued the property with full confidence. Brian is super responsive and thorough and has continued with this support after leaving MB for his home in Massachusetts. He is the best realtor I've ever had by a country mile and in fact has provided the best customer service and ongoing support that I can ever remember. I'm not sure how you all recognize your best employees internally and externally, but Brian deserves whatever kudos come his way. He is very accessible by email, text, or phone. Brian went over every contract in detail over the phone and in person (one time we met) and explained everything very clearly and in detail. He represented me fully and listened to my input and acted on my behalf in every way to get the best deal possible for me. Brian was beyond excellent in all of his personal communications and attributes. If you have an in house training for realtors on these skills, please use Brian because it is obvious that his customer service background through his previous pest control business fully transferred to his realtor profession.
